The housing situation in big cities is often tight, which can make it difficult to find a suitable apartment at short notice. We do everything we can to support you as best as possible in your apartment search.

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the processing fees, even if no placement is made. Since we invest considerable effort and work in finding a job for you, the processing fees are necessary to cover these costs.

Depending on your qualifications and existing language skills, it can take between three and twelve months until we successfully place you in Germany. The length of the placement also depends on the current demand on the job market.
